The Adult Learning Centre has a series of landscaped spaces within the centres parameters, and outside of the building’s perimeters. The buildings need to engage with the Hulme populace, and therefore by creating an unusual and stimulating urban landscape the local community has an external public domain, and not limited to using just the built setting.
