Moments and Exchanges
Architecture has always been the accumulation of influences applied on the architect, whether that is the terrain, budget, or local population. In The Big Draw our group extended this notion and ‘stole’ elements of existing architecture, using them to support our own preliminary proposals.

I compiled a selection of twelve sections, elevations and plans of spaces at a scale of 1:200. All were chosen because I considered their landscape, programme, or built learning environment had the potential to support the programme of an Adult Learning Centre.  Through  using collage as a method of investigation, I could distance myself from the work, and then critically analyse the successes and weaknesses of the outcomes.
