The iteration primarily suspends the building above the site, allowing users to cross easily between the two halves of the Bonsall Street site. The space below has the potential to be developed and landscaped for use by adult learners and general members of the public.

The diagram depicts the different programme of spaces within the building:
Public and private spaces are in equal proportions. However, the shared spaces do not allow people to congregate, as they also act as circulation routes.
