The diagram depicts the different programme of spaces within the building:

Minimal private space, although the current design could be further investigated to see how programme might be evenly distributed throughout building. However, public space encourages a multitude of events to be held. 

Analysing the iteration based upon four criteria; Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
