This proposal presents a large public atrium as its centralised feature. A wide staircase is used to allow for mass congregation, as well as to ease circulation. It is made of brick, a common material in Hulme, but the form is a series of interlocking domes. Spaces are large and open, encouraging communication between individuals.​

It is predominantly formed of communal spaces, with a smaller emphasis on private rooms.
